摘要 | Developing new hole transport material is still paramount to improve the whole stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Here, an acylhydrazone-based porphyrin derivative was used as HTM to prepare PSC. Due to the efficient electronic passivation of under-coordinated Pb atoms in perovskite by acylhydrazone together with the pyridine-terminated groups, the best efficiency was readily improved up to 17.8%. The corresponding PSC device also revealed improved water stability, especially for the enhancement of thermal stability. These findings open the opportunities for design new HTMs based on porphyrin derivatives in efficient and stable PSCs. © 2018 |
