摘要	Dissolving cellulose pulp in N-methyl morpholine-N-oxide (NMMO), solution-blowing fiber nonwovens fabrics were prepared by melt-blown technology. The effects of the preparation technology for physical properties of nonwoven fabrics were examined. The die temperature and hot air speed and temperature are the main f actors on fiber diameter and tensile properties of nonwoven fabrics in preparation process. The microstructure, apparent density and tensile properties of the product were tested. The results show that this type of nonwovens has relatively complete fiber network structure and less defect; the nonwoven fiber diameter is 3~20 μm, apparent density 122~180 g/cm3, elastic modulus 1.25~9.15 MPa. ©, 2015, Chengdu University of Science and Technology.
